About Dr. Moises Salama
 
Dr. Salama began his professional education at the University Of Miami School Of Medicine where he received his medical degree. He completed a surgical internship at Tulane University and then a general surgery residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital. Dr. Salama became interested in surgery of the hand and completed a fellowship at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville.

In line with his initial medical interest, Dr. Salama then pursued and completed a plastic surgery residency at the University of South Florida. It is here where Dr. Salama fine-tuned his surgical skills and artistic ability. His extensive training has allowed him to master techniques in cosmetic, reconstructive, and hand surgery.

One of Dr. Salama’s many talents, is his ability to interact with patients. While other surgeons may overlook this, Dr. Salama and his staff feel that the physician-patient relationship is the cornerstone of good patient care.
