Nonsurgical Rhinoplasty

This 19-year-old female was unhappy with the bump on her nasal dorsum. A less than 10-minute nonsurgical injectable rhinoplasty was performed to address her concerns. This is performed not by removing the hump, but by injecting long-lasting dermal filler (in this case, Juvederm Voluma) into the “valleys” above and below the hump, thus hiding the hump and creating a straight dorsum. This takes less than 10 minutes, is virtually painless, and results are immediate. The filler can last anywhere from 9 months to 1 year.
