Breast augmentation on April 17/25:
Up until I landed in Florida, the assistance I had received from this office was incredible. The team went above and beyond to explain the process to me, to contact my family doctor if they needed more information, and to ensure I had a full understanding of what was to come (Thank you Yasmin, Zuny and Nancy ⭐️ ).
It may be worth mentioning that on the day of my procedure, the doctor was almost 4 hours behind as the previous patient had requested some tweaks and additional work done. During this time his team never came to check on me. Someone finally came when I called the front desk from the patient waiting room. At this point I was told my appointment would only be pushed back 1.5hrs, which quickly became 4 hours.
I wish i remembered the anesthesiologist name, she was also amazing!! She did everything she could to ensure I was calm and relaxed, and completely understanding about how nervous I was.
I had a few concerns up to this point. It was late and didn’t want my surgery to be rushed (they close at 5, and I had just seen the doctor at 2pm). I didn’t want to be practically kicked out of the clinic when everyone wanted to go home for the day and unfortunately it felt this way. As I was waking up, I heard a nurse making disgusting comments about the previous patient to another nurse. She went on and on for about 10 minutes making inappropriate comments (which I will not be sharing here), and remarks on this patient—this made me super uncomfortable. They rolled me out of the post op room, in nothing but my robe, my surgical bra, and surgical underwear—despite bringing pj pants with me. I can’t say I wasn’t expecting them to do that, which is why I kept insisting to my nurse that I wanted to get dressed (luckily my friend was waiting for me at the hotel entrance).
Once I left, I had very little communication with the office. I was confused because some verbal instructions contradicted the written instructions I was given. I saw a nurse on the Friday after my appointment and she asked me to come back on Monday, though she never said a time. I was given 3 different times to come to the office which I found a little disorganized.
Regardless of everything, I’m still quite happy with my results. But it may be worth reading other reviews here to have a better understanding of the overall experience with elite plastic surgery.

I’m currently 4 days post op and I have had the greatest experience with my bbl! Dr. Moises Salama and his team have been so great. I was incredibly anxious for this procedure especially traveling all the way from Nashville TN but they’ve made this the easiest most simple recovery and healing possible. If you’re looking for gender affirming care try somewhere else. My aftercare nurse was NOT here for the doll.
I got rib remodeling done and the nurses couldn’t even tighten the corset properly. The doctor himself didn’t know much about the procedure, unable to answer very basic questions. He had only performed the procedure 12 times prior to me.
Recorded my operation after I said no in the forms and after calling the office to clarify I didn’t want video taken.
Only leaving a review because it’s required to receive my post opp waist trainer

From booking to 5 days post op, this place has been wonderful! Especially Nancy, Jesenia, and Yasmin! I came out of state from NC for a mommy makeover and I was nervous, I have never had a big procedure before. They were so attentive and had my best interest in mind. Dr Salama was able to give me an amazing consultation and saved one of my biggest tattoos (something two previous surgeons told me would be impossible to save) while also giving me unbelievable results! Everyone was very helpful and patient with me and my concerns and questions! All of the staff was super knowledgeable. My only complaint is that I wish there had been just a slight bit more communication before appointments about what was going to happen. For instance, I wasn't told that my next appt after surgery would be a massage appointment so I didn't take pain meds before, which made for an extremely painful first massage. I also was told in the initial email that abdominal board was apart of my package, but it turns out that wasn't true. Generally, I had a good experience and would like to thank everyone for being so patient with me throughout the process. Would definitely recommend 😀

Came to Dr Salama for a BBL procedure in 2020 but in the end didn’t get the hoped for projection. Fast forward to 2024 and I decided to re-engage him for a consultation to add additional fat. The Dr provided a great deal of expertise and in the end we decided that the BBL with implants was the way to go. I am very happy with the results! Miami is the only place that scams people out of their own money. The non refundable 15% of surgery price fee they charge when cancelling is the reason I’ll NEVER get surgery in Miami again. I’ve done surgery in LA, world class city, & they don’t even have these high ass non refundable percentage rates. Honestly unless you’re doing surgery same month you contact these people save your money & headache and book elsewhere. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The initial correspondence with the coordinating staff was amazing. Everyone was responsive, patient, and accommodating as I went back and forth with rescheduling. Thank you Nancy for all of your hard work. When I arrived to the clinic on the day of surgery, I was surprised that no one asked for my ID or had paperwork for me to go over. I was taken right back and changed into surgery attire, then Alex, the anesthesiologist came in. First he called me by the wrong name (extremely offputting when you’re about to have surgery). He asked me the standard medical questions and had me sign several papers, none of which I was given time to read. Then I met with Dr. Salama. Our discussion was brief and I still don’t know exact details of what was performed during surgery. All I know is implant size, even though we had discussed creating new pockets for the implants. There was no follow up with details like I would have expected. As I went into the operating room, I let Alex know that I suffer from TMJ, therefore my jaw locks up and asked if he could assist in manipulating my jaw back into place… you know, because as an anesthesiologist, it’s literally his job to manipulate the mouth and airways. He was appalled at that question apparently. “ I’ve never had that happen” was his response. Okay?? One of the nurses was playing on her phone, fully scrubbed in for surgery. I went under completely upset at the lack of care and compassion, which is a horrible feeling. The whole process was way too rushed. I’m only two days post-op so I can’t speak on my results yet, but I do hope they are worth it

Where do I begin, I have nothing but positive feedback. Surgery was Friday 26th July. As I arrived to elite plastic surgery I was greeted by the staff. Everyone I came in contact was wonderful and made me feel welcomed. As surgery was complete I was sent off to my Airbnb. No pain. Prior to stepping into the OR I had a brief appointment with Dr. Salama and I explained my desires. He ask questions and answered all my pending questions. The following week I began my massages. 2 female staff that worked with me one being Clara. what a sweetheart. I felt the most comfortable with her. She was so warm and caring. This was my second round bbl and I’m soooo happy with my results. I also had implants removed so it was basically 2 surgeries in one. I did have a scare I loss a lot of blood and had to get a transfusion. The weather was really bad so it took a while for the blood to arrive but I instantly felt better afterwards. The nurses was very nice and was concerned bout my healing process making sure I wasn’t still feeling faint before every visit. Massages are always torture but she got that fluid right out which help me see my shape better. I’m not going to lie my body tea ! I would like to start by saying that I am so grateful I chose Dr. Salama and his team at Elite for my mommy makeover. As a RN I researched this extensively for quite some time. Then, I pulled the trigger and did the virtual consult. I live I Denver, CO so I was an out of state patient.
Nancy reached out without delay and had the MD go over my pictures and then sent a quote with a detailed treatment plan on what he would and could do for me. I thought that was just amazing. So I put my deposit down and secured my date.

When I woke up I had the sweetest nurse, I wish I could remember her name. Then I was off to the Hotel for rest. They kept my family updated on me the whole time.
Lymphatic drainage massages.....Oh boy those are intense. Ivonne was my massage therapist and she was incredible. I can't thank her enough.
I would also like to give a special shoutout to Kat in the front office for her calming and encouraging words during my entire process.
I am back home now and the nurse has reached out by phone to check on me. Also, if I had any questions they have responded almost immediately. I couldn't have ask for a better experience with EPS. I am currently 13 days post op and feel great. My results are beyond belief and it is not even the final result. Thank you, thank you Dr. Salama. GOAT!

The staff did not allow me to have any direct contact with the doctor. I met and spoke with the doctor for the very first time perhaps 30 minutes before my bbl surgery. I specifically said I did not want an enormous buttocks. I now have to seek another surgery to reduce the extreme size. Had I been given more time to express my concerns, this would not had happened. Communication was very poor. I was happy with my lipo, and the doctor was very nice when I met him for the first time on the day of surgery . I just regret that his staff had treated me with no regards to what my concerns were regarding my bbl.
