Everyone was very helpful and patient with me and my concerns and questions! All of the staff was super knowledgeable. My only complaint is that I wish there had been just a slight bit more communication before appointments about what was going to happen. For instance, I wasn't told that my next appt after surgery would be a massage appointment so I didn't take pain meds before, which made for an extremely painful first massage. I also was told in the initial email that abdominal board was apart of my package, but it turns out that wasn't true. Generally, I had a good experience and would like to thank everyone for being so patient with me throughout the process. Would definitely recommend 😀

Came to Dr Salama for a BBL procedure in 2020 but in the end didn’t get the hoped for projection. Fast forward to 2024 and I decided to re-engage him for a consultation to add additional fat. The Dr provided a great deal of expertise and in the end we decided that the BBL with implants was the way to go. I am very happy with the results! Jesenia and Zuny were so communicative & thorough from the very beginning and were extremely quick to answer all my questions, and there were many! Dr. Salama was very kind, down-to-earth, and attentive, and spent awhile with me prior to the surgery listening to my concerns and goals. Miami is the only place that scams people out of their own money. The non refundable 15% of surgery price fee they charge when cancelling is the reason I’ll NEVER get surgery in Miami again. I’ve done surgery in LA, world class city, & they don’t even have these high ass non refundable percentage rates. The initial correspondence with the coordinating staff was amazing. Everyone was responsive, patient, and accommodating as I went back and forth with rescheduling. Thank you Nancy for all of your hard work. When I arrived to the clinic on the day of surgery, I was surprised that no one asked for my ID or had paperwork for me to go over. I was taken right back and changed into surgery attire, then Alex, the anesthesiologist came in. First he called me by the wrong name (extremely offputting when you’re about to have surgery). He asked me the standard medical questions and had me sign several papers, none of which I was given time to read. Then I met with Dr. Salama. Our discussion was brief and I still don’t know exact details of what was performed during surgery. All I know is implant size, even though we had discussed creating new pockets for the implants. There was no follow up with details like I would have expected. As I went into the operating room, I let Alex know that I suffer from TMJ, therefore my jaw locks up and asked if he could assist in manipulating my jaw back into place… you know, because as an anesthesiologist, it’s literally his job to manipulate the mouth and airways. He was appalled at that question apparently. “ I’ve never had that happen” was his response. Okay?? One of the nurses was playing on her phone, fully scrubbed in for surgery. I went under completely upset at the lack of care and compassion, which is a horrible feeling. The whole process was way too rushed. I’m only two days post-op so I can’t speak on my results yet, but I do hope they are worth it

Where do I begin, I have nothing but positive feedback. Surgery was Friday 26th July. As I arrived to elite plastic surgery I was greeted by the staff. Everyone I came in contact was wonderful and made me feel welcomed. As surgery was complete I was sent off to my Airbnb. No pain. Prior to stepping into the OR I had a brief appointment with Dr. Salama and I explained my desires. He ask questions and answered all my pending questions. The following week I began my massages. 2 female staff that worked with me one being Clara. what a sweetheart. I felt the most comfortable with her. She was so warm and caring. This was my second round bbl and I’m soooo happy with my results. I also had implants removed so it was basically 2 surgeries in one. I did have a scare I loss a lot of blood and had to get a transfusion. The weather was really bad so it took a while for the blood to arrive but I instantly felt better afterwards. The nurses was very nice and was concerned bout my healing process making sure I wasn’t still feeling faint before every visit. Massages are always torture but she got that fluid right out which help me see my shape better. I’m not going to lie my body tea ! I would like to start by saying that I am so grateful I chose Dr. Salama and his team at Elite for my mommy makeover. As a RN I researched this extensively for quite some time. Then, I pulled the trigger and did the virtual consult. I live I Denver, CO so I was an out of state patient.Nancy reached out without delay and had the MD go over my pictures and then sent a quote with a detailed treatment plan on what he would and could do for me. I thought that was just amazing. So I put my deposit down and secured my date.They sent me over all the preop lab orders right away, with very clear instructions. However, if I had any questions Nancy and Jesenia were amaze balls and got back to me promptly.Now here comes surgery day fast approaching (it was 5/2/24), and I am super nervous. I have NEVER had surgery before. I was one big ball of anxiety. I had my preop appointment with Dr. Salama the morning of my surgery. He went over everything with me explained in detail what he was going to do. I was having a TT with MR, breast augmentation (wanted and needed this my whole life). Dr. Salama sat there and chopped it up with me for a little while I was waiting to be brought back to the OR.I met with Alex, the anesthesiologist, he was very very thorough. He put me at ease with the whole going under general anesthesia anxiety I had.When I woke up I had the sweetest nurse, I wish I could remember her name. Then I was off to the Hotel for rest. They kept my family updated on me the whole time.Lymphatic drainage massages.....Oh boy those are intense. Ivonne was my massage therapist and she was incredible. I can't thank her enough.I would also like to give a special shoutout to Kat in the front office for her calming and encouraging words during my entire process.I am back home now and the nurse has reached out by phone to check on me. Also, if I had any questions they have responded almost immediately. I couldn't have ask for a better experience with EPS. I am currently 13 days post op and feel great. The staff did not allow me to have any direct contact with the doctor. I met and spoke with the doctor for the very first time perhaps 30 minutes before my bbl surgery. I specifically said I did not want an enormous buttocks. I now have to seek another surgery to reduce the extreme size. Had I been given more time to express my concerns, this would not had happened. Communication was very poor. I was happy with my lipo, and the doctor was very nice when I met him for the first time on the day of surgery . I just regret that his staff had treated me with no regards to what my concerns were regarding my bbl.

I had a BBL and BA simultaneously and couldn't be happier with my results. I had some expectation of what Dr Salama could do for me, but he exceeded them by a far margin.His results and deals are what initially attracted me to EPS, but his staff and my in-person consult is what solidified my choice in surgeon. I can't praise everyone who works their enough for their kindness, willingness to help, and acceptance of me.There are many plastic surgeons in southern Florida and they can come across as money hungry or see you as just a number. In all honesty, I was sceptical of EPS at first because everything was online and too procedural. I provided my before pictures and received the surgeon's consultation by email. I wouldn't meet or even speak with Dr Salama until the day of surgery, which made me very wary of continuing with him.Having everything online/virtual is primarily for patients who can't meet face-to-face (he has many people come from out-of-state, so this helps them immensely).Since I am local though (30 minutes away), I asked for an in-person consult and they happily obliged. I brought reference pictures, voiced my desires and concerns, and got on the same page with Dr Salama. As I said above, after meeting the staff and surgeon in person I knew EPS was the place for me.If you have any hesitation about Dr Salama, give them a call, get a virtual consultation, or meet in person if possible. You'll see how amazing of a team they are and you won't be disappointed.

The entire Elite team is amazing from start to finish. No matter how big or small of a question I had the team always answered whether via email or phone! I searched a lot (4yrs to be exact) for a surgeon and team that I could trust. When I found Dr. Salama and his team I was impressed by the surgical center and the responsiveness. I love that the team pays intricate attention to detail. They are very strict with pre-op preparation and they make sure the surgery process and after are effortless. Johanna my massage therapist was the sweetest and took very good care of my healing. When she noticed some minor concerns Johanna was ontop of it and provided me with lots of education that made me feel at ease. The day of surgery Dr. Salama answered all of my questions and explained everything thoroughly and although I was nervous Dr. Salama eased my worry. There are many surgical centers that pull a lot of tricks and you leave getting what you paid for. Meaning if you paid cheap the outcome will look cheap. But not with Elite. This is my second time choosing Dr. Salama, and I'm glad I did. I’m six days post-op from a breast reduction, lift, and Lipo 360. I can already see that my results will be excellent. I love that his team took the time to ensure they checked my hemoglobin levels and encouraged me to drink water and eat lots of protein to keep my iron levels up. After surgery, I’ve mainly been interacting with the massage therapist, and she’s very informative, caring and is making sure this body is recovering correctly with her incredible massages. My sister actually recommended this office since she got a surgery as well and I am super grateful. I was super nervous since it was my first ever surgery and I was freaking out a lot prior to the surgery. But elite made the experience 10 times better for me since it’s such a pleasant environment. When I went in Daya and Kiki were so kind and so welcoming that it made me less anxious. And after my surgery I went to Johanna for my massages and they definitely did alot for my healing process. My procedure was a dream come true and I'm very thankful to have found Elite. It was my first procedure and it was an AWESOME experience. From the minute you walk in--the front desk, Kiki and Daya, greet you with the warmest of smiles. Nancy and Jesenia, my coordinators, was so sweet, kind, and patient with every question I had. Zuny and Yasmin were also very attentive to all my concerns with my labs and preop. I'm very thankful with Dr. Salama and Yvonne who were incredibly dedicated during my procedure. Johana and Vanessa were an amazing help with the massages I had to do afterwards and were continuously encouraging and reassuring me throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Elite Plastic Surgery with Dr Moises Salama. The office is very clean and sanitary. From the office staff to the massage therapist (Joanna) are so compassionate to all my needs. Dr. Salama gives you his personal phone number to be reached 24/7 in case of any concerns which is great. I was so nervous but excited about having my mommy makeover but Dr. Salama and Al the anesthesiologist made me feel safe and took their time to explain everything which made me feel at ease. Post op care is on point. The therapist really go above and beyond to ensure that your post op care goes smoothly. I’m almost a month post op and already loving the results. I have surgery scheduled 09/08/23, but I wanted to go ahead and make a review based on customer service Cynthia is my Patient Coordinator and she has been nothing but amazing, helpful and informative. I will be traveling from Texas, so Cynthia took it upon herself to email me recommended hotels near by to stay at. I’ve had to change my surgery date once already, it was such smooth easy process to do. Once surgery is completed I will be posting another review about results!

Ivonnes’ drainage massages were out of this world,while still being careful and draining everything properly . Jesenia was my care coordinator and communicated all of my appointments effectively and in a timely matter. Dr. Salama is a talented plastic surgeon with an incredible team behind him. I entrusted the EPS 3 years in a row with 3 BBLs, tummy tuck and breast lift with implants. All procedures were unique in their own way but I always felt well taken cared of by Dr. Salama, his recovery team and massage therapists.Scheduling appointments was also a breeze, with help from patient coordinator, Jesenia and front desk admin, Kiki. There’s no words to describe how incredible everyone is with you. From the front desk to the back staff. My massage nurse explained every detail with me and show how much she cares about her patients. I met Dr. Salama day of my surgery and he made sure that I complete understood every detail he was explaining to me and most of all he made me feel very comfortable with him. The entire staff is amazing, especially the massage therapists and nurse. They’ve been very supportive, thorough, and genuinely care about your healing. So far, the results of my surgery are great! The only things I wish was better scheduling (the time gets changed sometimes), but my schedule is very flexible so it still works for me. And I got to see the doctor postoperatively to ask some questions and he gave me reassurance before going back to work. Highly recommend!

Dr Salama and his whole staff have completely exceeded my expectations. I had lipo 360 & bbl august 30,2022 and hear me when I say I look better than I could’ve ever imagined . Just wow ! No problems , no complications. My massages have been fantastic! I’ve even kind of sore but after each massage I feel better . Any questions on concerns I’ve had have to answered and handled.
