How Breast Ptosis can be fixed with Breast Lift Surgery

Breast Ptosis – Breast Lift Miami Sagging

August 15, 2014

As a result of aging and the effects of gravity, breasts can experience varying degrees of sagging, otherwise known as breast ptosis grades. Different types of breast lift are available to correct each.

Grade I breast ptosis, or 1st degree ptosis, is the least amount of breast sagging out of all three grade classifications. Grade II ptosis, or 2nd degree ptosis, is considered to be moderate sagging. Grade III ptosis, or 3rd degree ptosis, is used to describe the most extreme amount of breast sagging.

To find out which grade of breast ptosis you’re experiencing, come in for a breast examination as part of a breast lift consultation. Skilled, board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Moises Salama will evaluate your degree of sagging and will recommend a type of breast lift to correct it.
